Kaa-Services provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll management, business planning, and business advisory services, delivered 100% online.

When you hire us, the scope, fees, and terms of bookkeeping, tax, payroll, planning, or advisory work are set out in a separate written engagement agreement. If there is ever a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the engagement agreement applies.

If you are a resident of Alberta, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. If you are resident outside of Alberta, these Terms are governed by the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be heard exclusively by the courts in Calgary, Alberta.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention. By continuing to use the website after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

13. IF PART OF THIS DOESN'T APPLY

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any part does not waive our right to enforce it later.
